Growth & Systems Consultant

Clarity before the next move.

I bring strategy, digital systems, and execution together to help businesses solve problems, improve what’s working, and move forward with clarity.

6+ years across growth, websites, analytics, and operations.

Independent consultant available for defined projects, advisory, and suitable contract engagements.

When everything feels urgent, it’s harder to see what matters.

  • Marketing is active. But no one can say clearly what’s working.
  • Leads arrive.Too few of them qualify or convert.
  • The team keeps fixing symptoms. The underlying constraint stays where it was.
  • New initiatives keep appearing.Without a clear business case behind them.

Sometimes the problem isn’t the campaign. It’s the landing page. Or the offer, the qualification, the measurement, the follow-up.

You don’t need all of these to need a second pair of eyes.

I look at the whole picture. Then find the next meaningful move.

Denise G. in a white linen top, standing in a sunlit room with one hand on her hip, looking thoughtfully to the side.

Working across digital operations, marketing, websites, funnels and analytics, I kept seeing the same pattern. When results stall, the instinct is to add more: more campaigns, more tools, more meetings, more urgency. The underlying issue often stays exactly where it was.

So I start by finding the actual constraint. Then I decide what deserves action, why, and what evidence would show it worked.

Sometimes the answer is to build what’s missing. But not every business needs a new system. Often the value is in understanding what’s already there, working confidently within it, and making thoughtful improvements where they matter.

Education software, quiz funnel

The numbers were misleading. The real problem was at the final step.

The funnel was attracting visitors, but too few were completing the final step. An analytics event cap was also distorting the reported performance, making the actual bottleneck harder to identify.

I corrected the tracking and traced the drop-off to the final contact form, where the messaging introduced unnecessary friction around a potential sales call. I reframed the form around the personalized recommendation visitors had come for.

The result: Quiz completion increased from 2.15% to 5.58% in the first seven days following the changes.

Financial services, Meta acquisition

The audience’s real concern became the message.

The challenge was to develop an acquisition approach that could compete in a crowded financial services market.

Through customer and market research, I identified a financial concern that mattered to the target audience and developed the campaign angle and messaging around it. The agency’s media buying team brought the strategy to market.

The result: The campaign reported a €41.33 cost per lead, compared with €79.82 in the competing campaign, approximately 48.2% lower reported CPL.

B2B services, lead qualification

The leads were coming in. The budgets weren’t.

The founder raised a recurring concern: leads were coming through the funnel, but too many couldn’t afford the service.

I reviewed the lead data and traced the issue back to the qualification quiz. Prospects could select budgets below the company’s minimum investment and still proceed to the sales team.

The data made the problem clear. Only 12.5% of leads in the lowest-budget segment reached a qualified demo, compared with 26.1% overall. The weakest-performing segment was also the one the offer wasn’t designed to serve.

The recommendation: Introduce a minimum-budget qualification rule directly into the quiz, so unsuitable prospects are filtered before reaching sales.

Instead of simply asking for better leads, we identified the exact point in the funnel where qualification needed to change.

Good work starts with the right fit.

I believe in doing work that matters, with less noise around it. The right working relationship makes room for both.

Where I do my best work

  • Room to take ownership. Trust to make decisions, solve problems, and see things through.
  • Clarity from the start. A shared understanding of what’s needed, what matters most, and when it’s due.
  • A good working rhythm. Clear updates, useful feedback, and conversations when they add value.
  • Space to think. Time to understand the problem, consider the options, and do the work properly.
  • Focus on what moves things forward. Less activity for its own sake. More progress that actually counts.

Where the fit may be different

  • Always-on availability. When the role depends on being constantly reachable throughout the day.
  • Constant firefighting. When priorities keep changing without a clear reason or a conversation about what takes precedence.
  • Unclear ownership. When responsibilities and expectations are left open-ended.
  • Constant back-and-forth. When work depends on frequent check-ins rather than a clear brief and agreed updates.
  • Busy for the sake of busy. When being visibly active matters more than the work being done.

Recurring responsibilities work well when they come with clear deliverables, agreed weekly priorities, and a steady rhythm of check-ins and async updates, not round-the-clock availability.

Discuss Working Together

No noise. Only meaningful work.

  • Clear scope and ownership
  • Predictable rhythm
  • Async by default
  • Consolidated feedback
  • Explicit reprioritization

Clear priorities. Focused work. Thoughtful communication.

The best work starts with agreed priorities, weekly or biweekly check-ins, and asynchronous communication between them. Recorded video updates are preferred over additional meetings, with progress and next steps kept visible through written updates. Email is the preferred channel for non-urgent requests, leaving most working time focused on research, strategy, analytics, or implementation.

Time-sensitive work is easy to plan for when it’s agreed in advance.
